Many organisations undertake strategic planning and leadership development but very few improve their performance as a result. Why might that be? Research shows few workplaces have clear pathways for implementing these plans. And sometimes leaders become leaders without the requisite skillset. When people leave workplaces, it is often because of what we call a value misalignment. Put simply, our values no longer fit with the culture of where we work. Through developing businesses from a values-based approach and understanding the stories we all bring to our leadership we can change these outcomes.
leadership coaching

Tailored to your organisation and your career goals these hour-long sessions will explore how (and why) values matter and how to find your ikigai, or purpose. The role of empathy, humour, and perceptiveness will be explored. We will develop a leadership plan to put into practice for immediate results.
counselling and PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION
$220 p/h plus GST. In-person or online available.
Individual counselling using strength’s-based narrative approaches. Specialist in grief and loss, gender and life transitions.
OR, if you are interested in professional supervision sessions, we will explore how your professional identity aligns with the work you are doing. The time will give space for reflection on what is working well and areas you would like to develop. Group sessions can be negotiated.
values for corporate success days
$1,500 per day, plus GST & travel. In-person only.
We will begin our journey with a look at organisational culture and values. What story does your culture tell and what story would you like it to reflect? Again, drawing on the Japanese concepts of ikigai and hansei we shape a strategic plan which will actually elicit engagement - and not only come out for auditing purposes!
